  • These workstations allow us to isolate cells in a chamber that accurately maintains and controls temperature, humidity, oxygen & Carbon dioxide. With this workstation we will studied the most complex cell interactions under perfect hypoxic or anoxic conditions.
  • Condensate controller technology should be inbuilt in the workstation.
  • Workstation shall be controlled & continuously show positive pressure of the chamber. Positive pressure ( 0.15 KPA / 0.0015 bar ) of anaerobic environment, shall be continuously maintained inside the incubation chamber.
  • Workstation should be controlled temperature, Fluorescent Light & blower.
  • Audio & Visual alarm for gas cylinder pressures and temperature shall be provided.
  • Safety Features: Excess Pressure relief valve for releasing excess pressure inside chamber, shall be provided.
  • Temperature Overshoot controller for safety purpose should be provided.
  • Heating element along with controller shall be provided to maintain the temperature inside chamber within ambient to 45°C, with Temperature Uniformity ± 2° C at 37°C.
  • Inbuilt Trim-point for temperature calibration shall be provided.
  • Workstation should be front 10% slope viewing panel.
  • There should be utility port with “flexible hose” for manual purging by nitrogen, inside the chamber.
